Deer Processing

Our processor will inspect, trim and process your deer with the same care and attention to detail used on our retail products.
Please ensure your deer or trimmings are tagged. Products without
tags will not be accepted. Please pack a bag of ice in the chest cavity of whole deer to ensure proper cooling.
Complete deer cutting, wrapping and freezing
Premium Roasts, Steaks, Chops & Ground Venison
Additional Options Include.
Sausages, Brats, Hot Dogs, Salami, Jerky, Sticks and Breakfast
Sausages.
All deer must have a permit # and a confirmation # before we accept it unless it is as follows…
Michigan only will not have a confirmation #
Illinois requires both a head & leg tag
WI & MI require only 1 tag
You will need the police report # if hit by a car
Note: we cannot give you back hides, capes or antlers unless you are doing a caped shoulder or head mount. We ask that you do not cut off heads, legs, antlers, or tenderloins on our property (parking lot/inside building). Make sure you do that prior to dropping your deer off.
Deer drop-off times are as follows:
Mon – Fri only between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm only
No Sat/Sun drop off to Old Mill Creek Country Store
We only accept credit cards or cash.
A deposit required of $100.00 if a credit card is not supplied.
Processing time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
We will contact you to pick up your deer once processed.
Deer must be picked up 14 days after notification.
After 14 days there is a $5.00 per day storage fee.
Deer pick up times are as follows:
Deer prepaid by credit card given on sheet you can pick up 7 days a week from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Mon – Fri and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Sat – Sun.
If you are paying at pickup by cash or card, you can only pick up Mon – Fri 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
No weekend pick ups allowed unless prepaid by credit card!
